Program Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Hyper Champs program, operated by Hyper Brazil Inc., operating as Hyper Açaí (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By submitting an application or contributing to the program, you agree to the following terms.
1. About
Hyper Champs is a community initiative designed to support young athletes in Canada by helping cover competition-related costs.
Support is provided on a monthly basis, and recipients are selected through a random draw from submitted applications.
Eligibility, Application Process and Selection Process
2. Eligibility To be eligible for the program:
The athlete must be between 9 and 17 years of age
The athlete must be a resident of Canada
The application must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian
The athlete must be participating in an upcoming competition or event
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. Application Process
Applications must be submitted through the official Hyper Champs form
Only one application per athlete per monthly draw is permitted
Incomplete or inaccurate applications may not be considered
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection
Applicants who are not selected may reapply in future months.
4. Selection Process
Athletes are selected through a random monthly draw
No evaluation, ranking, or comparison of financial need is conducted
Selected applicants will be contacted directly using the information provided
We reserve the right to withhold selection if eligibility or information cannot be verified.
Athletes who have previously been selected in a draw are not eligible to be selected again in future draws. Applicants who have submitted an application and have not yet been selected will automatically remain in the draw pool for future months, no resubmission is required.
Use of Funds
5. Use of Funds
Support provided through Hyper Champs is intended to help cover competition-related expenses, such as registration or entry fees.
To ensure proper use of funds, we may request proof of registration, competition details, and/or receipts before issuing any reimbursement.
Funding will be provided as a reimbursement only, after the expense has been incurred and approved.
All reimbursements will be issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Support is provided up to a maximum limit of $150 per approved request.
The competition must be scheduled for a future date at the time of the draw (last Friday of each month) and must match the event submitted in the original application. We do not reimburse registration fees for past events.
Media & Promotion
6. Media & Promotion
By participating in the Hyper Champs program, you agree that:
Hyper Açaí may use the athlete’s name, image, and video content for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and advertising materials.
Such content may be used without additional compensation.
This consent is granted by the athlete’s parent or legal guardian.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit an application.
Limitation of Liability
7. Limitation of Liability
Hyper Brazil Inc. and Hyper Açaí are not responsible for:
Any injury, loss, or damages related to participation in sports or competitions
Any issues arising from third-party events, competitions, or organizations
Participation in sports is at the athlete’s and guardian’s own risk.
Privacy
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
By submitting an application, you consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of administering the Hyper Champs program, including: Reviewing applications
Contacting selected applicants
Verifying eligibility and competition details
Communicating about the program
We do not share or publish personal contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
For selected participants, we may share the athlete’s name, sport, academy and images or videos for promotional purposes, as outlined in Section 6.
All personal information is handled with care and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required to operate the program. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us at: 📧 info@hyperacai.com
Changes to the Program
10. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to:
Modify, pause, or discontinue the Hyper Champs program at any time
Update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
